RESEARCH INTERESTS (PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Regulation oxidative phosphorylation system in heart and liver mitochondria, the mechanisms of the effects of physiological regulators (such as calcium, etc), pollutants and pathological condition on mitochondrial functions, evaluation of cellular or tissue viability and response to stress. Zita Naučienė is co-author of 29 scientific publications and of  3 training manuals for students.
